All of our United Portable Buildings are built by skilled and experienced craftsmen in Cameron, TX. With many goals in mind, integrity, quality, and customer service are just a few of those. Headquartered in Temple Texas, we are progressively researching innovative technologies and new and improved products to continue bringing our customers a quality building that is in fact the best in the business. A United building! Below are some of the key features built into each of our buildings:

All buildings come standard with an 30 year Architectural Shingle or a 40-year 29-gauge metal roof
2x6 treated joists and are fastened to the runners with 3" galvanized nails. Floor joists are spaced either 12" or 16" on- center
All buildings have 5/8" pro-shed tongue & groove flooring made by LP corp and has a 10 year limited warranty (Protected against fungal decay & termite damage)
Premium grade 2x4s are used for wall construction and all studs are spaced 16" on-center using 3" framing nails
50 year limited warranty on LP SmartSide® trim and siding
All buildings delivered intact or built on-site
All buildings are completely customizable
