Our program requires only your first month's rent for buildings $14,999 and under and your first month's rent and a 5% deposit if your building is $15,000 or more. No Credit Check is required for our Rent-to-Own customers. Early pay-off is available. Everyone is approved and we make it easy for our customers. We offer 36, 48 and 60* month terms. 60 month term requires the building to be $5,500 or more.
